About the Competition
To mark the 300th birth anniversary of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar, theΒ National Commission for Women (NCW)Β in collaboration withΒ MyGovΒ invites entries for a short video competition. Participants are encouraged to create aΒ 15β30 second video that reflects the spirit of Ahilyabai β a just ruler, devoted public servant, and a powerful symbol of Nari Shakti.Β The video should inspire and showcase how her legacy lives on through acts of leadership, justice, compassion, or service in everyday life.

Your video should represent Life and Learningβs of AhilyaDevi Holkar.You can take hints from the following:
- Women leading change in their communities
- Acts of justice, kindness, or service
- Cultural or heritage preservation
- Everyday leadership and empowerment
Guidelines
- Video Duration:15 to 30 seconds only.
- The video must include the NCW logo (at the beginning or end) to be considered valid.
Format
- MP4 or MOV format
- Portrait(vertical) orientation preferred for mobile-friendliness
- Clear visuals and audio
Evaluation Criteria
- Originality and creativity
- Relevance to the theme
- Clarity of message
- Emotional or inspirational impact.

Terms and Conditions
- Open to all Indian citizens, except employees of NCW and WCD.
- Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- Participants can take part in the contest by registering on MyGov (www.MyGov.in).
- By submitting, participants grant NCW an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license over the submitted design. Winning entries will become property of NCW. Participants must ensure no third-party rights are violated.
- Winners will be announced on the NCW & MyGov Websites and social media handles of the Commission.
- The video must include the NCW logo (at the beginning or end) to be considered valid.
- The Video must be submitted in Hindi or English (or regional language with subtitles)
- NCW will disburse the winning award/rewards to the selected winner(s) after publishing the Winner Announcement Blog on blog.mygov.in
- The decision of the organizers on the contest shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
- The content must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, of 1957. Anyone found infringing on othersβ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. The Government of India does not bear responsibility for copyright violations or intellectual property infringements carried out by participants.
- All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
- Organizers are not liable for lost, late, incomplete, or technically flawed entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the contest at any time, including the terms and conditions.
- By participating, the users accept and shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the competition, including any amendments or further updates.
- The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.
