The Bureau of Energy Efficiency is an agency of the Government of India, under the Ministry of Power, created in March 2002 under the provisions of the nation’s 2001 Energy Conservation Act. The agency’s function is to encourage the efficient use of energy in India by developing programs to support it.

About the Competition

The National Energy Conservation Day is being celebrated every year on December 14 since 1991. The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), under the aegis of the Ministry of Power, spearheads the celebrations every year. The objective to celebrate National Energy Conservation Day is to drive mass awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.

The Bureau of Energy Efficiency in collaboration with MyGov is calling on the public at large to express creativity and passion for a sustainable future by organizing a Poster Making Competition on Energy Conservation. Join them in weaving verses that celebrate the message of energy conservation and inspire change. Your words can make a difference!

Theme

Participate in the Poster Making Competition on the theme “Energy Conservation – A Way of Life.” It aims to harness your creativity and artistic talent to raise awareness about the importance of energy conservation in our daily lives.
