The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) in collaboration with MyGov, India is accepting submissions for Logo Design & Tagline Competition for PM Vishwakarma Scheme till August 10, 2023.

About the Organizer

PM Vishwakarma is a new scheme that envisages providing end-to-end holistic support to the families of traditional artisans and craftspeople in scaling up their conventional products and services. Under the scheme, six components have been identified, as given below:

  • PM Vishwakarma Certificate & ID Card.
  • Credit support at a concessional rate of interest with Guarantee Coverage.
  • Skilling.
  • Toolkit e-Voucher.
  • Incentives for Digital Transactions.
  • Marketing Support.

Scheme Objectives

  • To generate sustainable livelihood opportunities for the artisans/craftspeople.
  • To bring the artisans into the formal sector of the economy.
  • To provide easy access to affordable credit.
  • To upgrade the level of knowledge and skills of existing manpower through skill training.
  • To enhance the earnings and competitiveness of the artisans/craftspeople through modern tools and technology.
  • To upgrade their technical capabilities through innovative equipment and tools thereby enhancing their income and production.
  • To provide requisite support/ linkages with domestic and global markets.
  • To provide incentives for digital transactions.
  • To help them in quality improvements of their Products/Services in the market along with compliance with quality standards.
  • To transform the social status of the Artisans and uplift them in Society.

About the Competition

The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in collaboration with MyGov invites the citizens to design a logo and tagline that captures the essence and spirit of the PM Vishwakarma Scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

The Contest is open to all citizens of India only.

Prizes

The Best 5 Entries each from Logo and Tagline will be rewarded with a Cash Prize and the Certificate:

  • 1st Prize: Rs. 1,00,000.
  • 2nd Prize: Rs. 50,000.
  • 3rd Prize: Rs. 25,000.
  • 4th Prize: Rs. 15,000.
  • 5th Prize: Rs. 10,000.

Submission Deadline

Submission Guidelines

  • The participant should submit a high-resolution (600 dpi) image of the logo (with slogan) in JPEG, PNG, BMP, and TIFF formats only.
  • The participants need to submit one tagline for PM Vishwakarma and a logo. One entrant shall submit only one entry (tagline + logo). Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be rejected.
  • The suggested tagline and logo must be original.
  • Each participant must submit a brief description/justification for the suggested tagline in 100 words (approx.).
