About the Competition

Ministry of Ayush (MoA) and MyGov invites citizens to participate in poster making competition for the Y-Break App.

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, has developed the Y-Break Yoga protocol to get refreshed at the workplace by refocusing the individual body, minimizing discomfort throughout the day, making it easier to focus on work, increasing the productivity of individuals at workplace.

Theme

The theme of the competition is Y-Break – Yoga at Workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

The Competition is open to all citizens of India around the world.
