The Society aims to facilitate students’ attention, participation, and accountability by furnishing social, cultural, and recreational activities for the College congregation. Keeping this in mind Society will be giving opportunities to affirm and develop their aptitude in the fields of symphony, dance, and other fields of lineage, giving a boost to their corporal and cognitive health. About the Online Photography Competition

A snapshot of cultural diversity, a celebration of architectural beauty! The Cultural and Literary Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University, Lucknow invites you to participate in the 1st Photography Competition on the Theme: “Carved Stones: Heritage and Architecture of India”.

This competition aims to celebrate the rich cultural heritage and stunning architecture of India. It is a thought provoking theme that provides a platform for aspiring young photographers to exhibit their skills to the world. They will be required to capture shots that highlight the intricate carvings, majestic domes and elegant arches that define India’s iconic monuments, and cultural landmarks. This event also aims to foster an appreciation for India’s cultural heritage and diversity among the students.

Rules of Event

  • The photographs can be taken with any camera i.e. DSLR, Digital camera or Phone Cameras.
  • The participants will be required to submit one photograph each in digital format (JPEG/PNG).
  • The photographs should be maximum 1GB in size.
  • Each photograph must be submitted along with:
    • Title of the photograph and description of the photograph that explains the artist’s vision and inspiration behind the shot. (word limit- 100 words)
  • All photographs submitted must be the original work of the participant. Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
  • Entries not following the guidelines will not be considered.
  • The Jurors decision will be final and binding on all participants.

Eligibility

The competition is open to Undergraduates, Post Graduates and Academicians.

Rewards

  • Winner: Medal + Certificate of Appreciation.
  • First Runner up: Medal + Certificate of Appreciation.

Registration Details

  • Registration fee: 29/- Pay through the QR given in the brochure.
  • Last day of registration: 28th February, 2025.
  • Registration mode is online.
