Art has the power to connect, inspire, and transcend boundaries. R2kademy is delighted to present Global Art Fest 2025, an International Online Drawing Competition designed to celebrate creativity across all age groups. This platform allows aspiring and experienced artists to showcase their talent, express their imagination, and compete globally.
With carefully curated age categories, participants can explore their artistic potential in a fair and encouraging environment. Whether it’s playful strokes of color, intricate sketches, or bold artistic expressions, every creation holds a unique story waiting to be told.

- ColorSplash: Ages 3 – 5- Let little hands bring colours to life!
- SketchSprouts: Ages 6 – 8- Early steps into the world of sketching.

Art Theme
ColorSplash (Ages 3 – 5) : My Colourful World
Instruction:
- Parents will need to print the provided drawing sheet (R2kademy will share a simple image such as an animal/ flowers /vegetables /Vehicles /Nature scene or any).
- Participants are encouraged to colour the art in their own unique way, using wonderful colours and imagination to bring the scene to life!
SketchSprouts (Ages 6 – 8) : The Magical Forest
Instruction*: Participants are asked to draw and colour their own magical forest, filled with whimsical creatures, enchanted trees, and fantastical elements.
DrawBloom (Ages 9 – 12) : Journey to Outer Space
Instruction*: Participants will create a drawing that represents a space adventure. They can explore planets, aliens, stars, and futuristic spaceships in their artwork.
TeenVision (Ages 13 – 15) : The Power of Dreams
Instruction*: Teen artists are encouraged to create a drawing that captures the essence of their dreams or aspirations. This can include a representation of their goals, hopes for the future, or a depiction of a dream world they wish to live in.
CreativeEdge (Ages 16 – 18) : The Intersection of Nature and Technology
Instruction* : This theme invites participants to illustrate the balance or contrast between the natural world and modern technology. It could include futuristic cities surrounded by nature, or nature and tech coexisting in harmony.
OpenCanvas (Ages 18 & Above) : Reflections of Humanity
Instruction*: Participants in this category are asked to reflect on what it means to be human, capturing emotions, experiences, or social issues that connect people from all walks of life. Their artwork should explore deep themes of humanity, culture, and connection.

Fee
- India: ₹200 per participant
- NRI: ₹500 per participant
Guidelines
Artwork Format:
- The artwork must be submitted in A4 or A3 size.
- Any colouring tools can be used such as crayons, sketch pens, watercolors, or markers etc..
- Clearly mention only your Registration ID in the top right corner of the artwork sheet.
- When submitting the artwork, name the file as your Registration ID..
- File format: PNG/JPG/PDF
- File Size : Maximum 2MB
Important Note:
- Originality: Artwork must be the participant’s own creation.
- Eligibility: The participant must be within the designated age category
- No Plagiarism: Copying or using someone else’s artwork will lead to disqualification.
- Theme Specific: The artwork must align with the assigned theme for the group.
- One Entry Per Participant: Participants can only submit one artwork.
- Online Submission: Artwork must be submitted online via provided link (Link will be shared via the WhatsApp group). Stay tuned!
- Last date for Artwork Submission : 25 May 2025
- Video recording : To ensure the artwork is the participant’s own creation, the jury may request video verification if needed. Please record a video while the participant is creating their artwork.
- Photoclick : Participants must submit a photograph with their artwork for the event’s success stories album (upload link will be shared)
Judging Criteria
- The artworks will be judged based on creativity, originality, theme adherence, and overall presentation.
- A panel of experienced judges will evaluate the submissions, and the decision will be final.
- Jury’s decision will be final and binding.
Prizes
- All Participants: E-Certificate featuring their photo & RegID
- Winners & Runners-up: E-Certificate with title award, photo & RegID
- Additionally, Jury’s Choice Title Awards will be given for outstanding performances in case of tiebreakers/ excellence artwork.
