General Instructions

  • The school code will be given at the time of registration on the day of the event.
  • Reporting time is 8:20 am. The event commences at 9:00 am.
  • Only one teacher should accompany the participating teams.
  • The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
  • All participants must carry their School ID cards with them.
  • Exceeding the time limit shall result in disqualification from the event.
  • All participants are required to maintain proper discipline inside the school premises.
  • Repetition of participants across any event shall not be allowed.
  • Prize distribution shall happen on the same day of the event. The participation certificates will be handed over to the accompanying teacher on the same day.
  • No personal information (like the student’s name/school’s name) should be disclosed during the presentation.
  • School participation in a minimum of nine or all the events shall make them eligible for the Overall Winner’s Trophy.
  • In true Goenkan spirit, the host school will participate, but will not compete for any position.
