About the Moller Maersk Cadet Program
Maersk Cadet Program, in collaboration with AMET University, provides you the opportunity to earn your degree in maritime studies, under the influence of Maerskβs global standards.
This program offers education for both Deck and Engine Cadets via. Its recognized courses on B.Sc. Nautical Science and B.E. Marine Engineering. Upon successful completion of the course, you shall have the opportunity to experience:

Roles & Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the cadet to ensure that he/she complies with the following:
- Achieve and maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.5, with no arrears in all semesters.
- Adhere to appropriate conduct during the B.E./B.Sc. program, avoiding any incidents of misconduct.
- Act as a potential officer both on and off duty and prompt assertiveness related to your training on board and in all matters in general.
- Lead by positive example and exhibit commitment and enthusiasm in any task or assignment on board the vessel.
- Utilize available resources and time at your disposal to further your education. Whilst the Master and crew provide a conducive environment, personal initiative is also crucial in reaching educational and training goals.
- Maintain the Training Record book and complete the mandatory Computer Based Training, as this is the individual responsibility of each case.
Eligibility Criteria
- Indian citizen.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working.
- Ability to work and interact with Multinational Crew.
- A pass in Plus-two (12th Standard) or its equivalent, with a minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry group and at least 60% marks in English in 10th or 12th std.
Remuneration
Earn not less than USD 450 per month during Onboard Cadet Training in Maersk vessels.
