Competition Details
As we enter in theΒ 75th year of Indiaβs RepublicΒ and walk on the path ofΒ Amrit Kaal, the five resolutions (Panch Pran) announced by our Honβble Prime Minister would be imperative to transform India into Vishwaguru, by the time India celebrates its 100th Independence ie., 2047.
The citizens can create a suitable video (in reel format) that should encapsulate the resolutions “Removing any trace of the colonial mindset” and how they visualize them and commit to imbibe in their lives. Use creativity, storytelling and innovation to convey your ideas and build a movement that is committed to a developed and prosperous India.
Ministry of Law & JusticeΒ in collaboration withΒ MyGovΒ organizing a “Panch Pran Anubhav Reel Competition – Removing any trace of the colonial mindset” invites citizens to use their imagination and creativity as far as possible without using any offensive words or derogatory content/ images (political/religious/ inappropriate slur).

Eligibility
Entry into the contest is open to all citizens of India.
Guidelines
- The Reel should be in portrait layout in MP4 format of maximum 90 seconds.
- All submissions must be original and not infringe upon any existing copyrights or trademarks.
- Organizers shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or could not be submitted due to any issue/error, technical or otherwise, which is beyond the organizerβs reasonable control. Please note that the βproof of submissionβ of the entry.
- If a winner is not reachable within five working days from the announcement of the results, the corresponding prize shall be deemed to have been forgone and another winner shall be selected from the remaining eligible entries, in accordance with the above process, until the winner is contactable.
- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify and/or refuse/restrict the participation of anyone, if, in their reasonable assessment, such participation and/or association of any participant is detrimental to the contest and/or organizers and/or partners of the contest.
- The content must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Anyone found infringing on othersβ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. Government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
Gratifications
The best entries would be promoted on social media handles of Department of Justice and other partnering agencies / bodies of DoJ.
Top 3 entries will get cash prize as follows:
- First Prize: Rs 10,000/-
- Second Prize: Rs 7000/-
- Third Prize: Rs 5000/-
