About MyGov
MyGov is a citizen engagement platform launched by the Government of India on July 26, 2014 to promote the active participation of Indian citizens in their country’s governance and development. It is aimed at creating a common platform for Indian citizens to “crowdsource governance ideas from citizens”.
About the India Data Platform
India Data Platform (IDP) is envisaged as a Unified National Data Exchange Platform for all stakeholders to share, discover and use Datasets/Artefacts/Metadata/APIs without compromising on their business or social goals or privacy, security and other concerns. By building an interoperable, robust and secure digital platform for data sharing by government and private entities alike, IDP will enable decision-making and innovation in the increasingly data-driven digital economy and governance systems.
About MeitY
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology is an executive agency of the Union Government of the Republic of India.
About the Logo Design Contest
IDP aims to contribute significantly towards the Digital Empowerment of Citizens in line with the Information for All pillar of the Digital India programme.
