Program Details
This is a two-month long certificate course offered by the University of Connecticut – Renzulli centre for Gifted learning.
This course will provide information on how to look at inclusion in classroom and able to recognise gifted students. This course will also help you work with gifted learners in terms of curriculum crunching and individual assessment plans to differently abled learners.
School Enrichment Program provides enriched learning experiences and higher learning standards for all children through three goals:
- Developing talents in all children,
- Providing a broad range of advanced-level enrichment experiences for all students, and
- Providing advanced follow-up opportunities for young people based on their strengths and interests.
Eligibility
Primary & Secondary School Teachers, Special Educators, Counsellors.
Course Structure
- 8 Weeks of asynchronous classes including video lectures.
- 6 Synchronous classes (90 minutes each).
Course Faculty
The course is offered by experts from the University of Connecticut and the Renzullii Centre of learning.
Duration
The course is for two months with online classes happening on a weekly basis and some asynchronous sessions and assignments to be completed in between the sessions. The entire course is experiential and pertains to your school scenario and culture.
