About the Student Camping and Leadership Program
Students are our future and when guided properly, they become excellent leaders. NALS hopes to trigger concepts of leadership and teamwork in children. This can lead to improved self-confidence, personality, sense of achievement and therefore improved self-esteem.
The program will also set off a positive outlook towards fitness and health. A wonderful learning experience through adventure. Further, this is a very good alternative to wean children away from TV, gadgets and other unhealthy habits.
Highlights of the Program
- Very popular and high-value summer adventure camp for school students.
- Personality development through courage and confidence-building activities.
- Leadership and survival skill development.
- Physical fitness and mental toughness.
- The total trek distance will be about 38 kms.
- Maximum trek distance on any day < 16 kms.
- The altitude varies between 1700 ~ 1850 m.
- Adventure activities.
- High rope courses/rappelling.
- Bouldering (basic rock climbing).
Inclusions
- Vegetarian meals and refreshments (tea/juice).
- Shared accommodation in dormitory (5-6 people per dormitory room).
- Experienced instructors, certified equipment and resource persons.
- Transport to and from NALS campus (ex- Cbe, R. S. Puram).
- Service taxes.

- Travel & medical insurance.
