The Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS), Ministry of Jal Shakti in collaboration with MyGov has organized this contest to broaden the Swachh Bharat Mission transformational journey to be expressed and engaged with a wider populace by highlighting its crucial role in national development.
Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) plays a crucial role in fuelling the development and growth of India by providing the basic and essential infrastructure development, social security and public awareness on sanitation & hygiene.
A slogan for Swachh Bharat Mission – Grameen (SBM-G) serves as a powerful tool to communicate the mission’s objectives, resonating with the masses and inspiring collective action. A well-crafted slogan encapsulates the essence of the mission, conveying the importance of cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in rural India. It mobilizes communities, fosters ownership and encourages active participation in achieving the mission’s goals.
An effective slogan also facilitates easy recall, creates awareness and educates the public about the benefits of a clean environment, ultimately contributing to behavioral change and a cleaner, healthier India. Submission Guidelines
- The entries must in English and Hindi language.
- No offensive language or derogatory content will be allowed. All submissions must be original and not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.
- Organizers are not liable for lost, late, incomplete, or technically flawed entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or restrict harmful or detrimental participation. Proof of identity may be required.
- Submissions may be used by the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation and Swachh Bharat Mission Grameen with due credit to the creator.
- Complete and accurate information is required for registration. Illegible/incomplete registrations will be void.
- There is no entry fee for the contest.
- Contestants can make multiple entries.
