About the Competition
The Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with MyGov organising a Poem writing competition on Poshan. This competition centers on writing poems that promote the messages and goals of POSHAN Abhiyaan, such as the importance of nutrition, healthy eating, diet diversity, and the impact of good nutrition on overall well-being. Participants should craft poems that are relevant to these themes.
Submission Guidelines
- Poem can be submitted in either pdf/jpg format.
- While Hindi and English are the preferred languages for submission, entries can be submitted in any regional language.
- A poem shouldnβt exceed one A4 size page).
Evaluation Criteria
Entries judged on the combination of overall creativity, originality, and emotional impact, may be recognize further. (showcasing βMost Creativeβ or βBest Use of Languageβ or βMost Inspirationalβ)

Terms and Conditions
- The contest is open to all Indian citizens.
- This competition supports the Ministry of Women and Child Developmentβs Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 for a malnutrition-free nation.
- All entries must be submitted at www.mygov.in. Entries through other means will not be considered.
- Participants grant the organizers an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to all rights, including intellectual property, for their submissions.
- Organizers have the right to publish, use, adapt, edit, and modify submissions in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, for purposes including advertising and promotion.
- Participants agree not to claim ownership of submissions and will assist organizers in obtaining intellectual property registration if required.
- Submissions must include a brief description (up to 100 words) and must be original, complying with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Infringements will result in disqualification.
- Participants must own all rights and interests in their submissions.
- Participants should ensure their MyGov profile is complete This profile will be used by the Ministry of Women and Child Development for all future communications.
- Organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition and terms at any time.
- Submissions must not contain illegal, obscene, provocative, or inappropriate content.
- The committeeβs decision is final. No re-evaluation requests will be entertained.
- These terms are governed by Indian law.
- By submitting, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
