The Wild Postcard Project is inviting submissions for Global Art Competition 2025. The last date of submission is June 1.
About the Organisation
Founded in 2016, we (Angela & Eileen) started this journey in a Dublin pub, brainstorming ideas over hot chocolates on a cold and wet January evening. Within just a couple of weeks our first ever biodiversity-themed artwork competition was open for entries! A lot has happened since then, and weβve tons of exciting plans for the future.
About the Competition
We coordinate nature-themed artwork competitions for kids & teens (and occasionally older humans!) at locations around the world. Winning artworks are converted into postcards, so thatΒ local biodiversity can be shared to every corner of the globe, one postcard at a time.
Since we launched in 2016, we have held ten of these competitions onΒ four continents around the world: in British Columbia, Canada (2018); Germany (2021); Ireland (2016, 2019, 2020, 2024); Netherlands (2020); Philippines (2017); Madagascar (2018), and Alaska (2021).
Eligibility
The competition is open toΒ KIDS and TEENS (ages 3-18), anywhere in the world.
