Competition Details
District Administration Udhampur in collaboration with JK MyGov, is pleased to announce a competition for the Digital Logo Design depicting the Rich & Diverse Heritage of District Udhampur.
The purpose of this competition is to conceptualize & create a unique Logo Design for District Udhampur representing the diverse cultural features of District Udhampur, with a special focus on the distinctive and unique art, craft, culture and natural landscapes.
Design Specifications
The design should include elements that symbolize District Udhampur’s rich cultural heritage and diverse geographical landscape as well as a treasure trove of unique art and crafts together.
- Colours and typography used in the logo should be suitable for both digital and print media.
- The design should be easily recognizable and memorable.
- The design should work well in both colour and black-and-white versions.
Selection Process
- A designated committee from the District Administration Udhampur will evaluate the designs and select the winning and runner-up entries.
- The decision of the committee will be final and binding.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all Indian citizens, regardless of their age and profession.
Submission Guidelines
- Each participant can submit only one entry.
- The design must be original and should not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
- The design should be in a digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and should be easily scalable.
- The design should be visually appealing, conceptually meaningful, and also represent the essence of the District’s rich culture and geographical diversity.
- The participant shall also submit the rationale behind the concept of the design.
Rewards
- The winner will receive a cash prize of INR 5,000/- along with a certificate of recognition.
- Runner-up will receive a cash prize of INR 3,000/- along with a certificate of recognition.
- 2nd Runner-up will receive a cash prize of INR 2,000/- along with a certificate of recognition.
The winning design will be used as District Udhampur’s logo for all official purposes.
