About Singhania Quest+

Competition Details

Go Coderz is a national coding competition organised in association with the World Book of Records (London, UK). This competition is for students of grade 3 to 10. It features a series of coding challenges that are meant to assess participants’ problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and programming skills. The event aims to encourage innovation and support young coding talents by providing a platform for students to demonstrate their coding abilities and compete against their peers from all over the country.

The competition will be based on the following coding tools:

  • IDLE.
  • GDEVELOP.
  • SCRATCH.
  • SCRATCH JR.
  • MIT-APP INVENTOR.
  • VISUAL STUDIO.

Groups

  • Group A: Grade 3-4.
  • Group B: Grade 5-6.
  • Group C: Grade 7-8.
  • Group D: Grade 9-10.

Competition Guidelines

  • The competition will be held on August 9th and 10th, 2024.
  • Round 01 : One week before the competition date, the assignment will be shared. Students will have one week to complete it. On the competition dates (August 9th and 10th, 2024), students can upload their assignments/projects.
  • MASTERCLASS: Pre-recorded masterclass videos will be available for students. Additionally, a live session will be held between July 25th and August 1st, 2024.
  • Competition Projects: Each participant will need to complete one project.
  • Students enrolling through the school for Go Coderz Competition can register under their respective schools by filling out the Registration form shared by the school officials.
  • The participation fee for the ‘Round 01’ is Free.
  • Once the school registers, all interested students can easily register themselves using the link their respective school officials shared.
  • Round 2 will be held in October 2024. The exact date will be confirmed after Round 01 – Results.
  • Students who are qualified to participate in ‘Round 2’ will have to pay ‘Competition Fees’ of ₹300/Per student.
