The online training on developing e-Content for Science is a program for educators seeking to leverage technology to enrich science education.

In this context, CIET-NCERT is organizing a five hours’ online training series on β€œDeveloping of e-Content for Teaching and Learning of Science” from September 25 to 29, 2023 from 4 to 5 PM to leverage the understanding of teachers, students, administrators, and other stakeholders of school education on the need, importance, development and usage of interactive resources in Science Education.

Program Schedule

  • Day 1 (Monday, September 25, 2023): e-Content for Teaching and Learning of Science: Policy Recommendations, Concept, Need & Scope.
  • Day 2 (Tuesday, September 26, 2023): Process of Developing e-Content for Teaching and Learning of Science.
  • Day 3 (Wednesday, September 27, 2023): Developing e-Content for Teaching and Learning of Biology.
  • Day 4 (Thursday, September 28, 2023): Developing e-Content for Teaching and Learning of Physics.
  • Day 5 (Friday, September 29, 2023): Developing e-Content for Teaching and Learning of Chemistry.

The online training will be live telecast on the NCERT official YouTube channel and also be simulcast through PM eVidya channel. The participants who appear in the post training quiz, score 70% and above will be issued a certificate of participation.

All Principals/Heads of schools affiliated to CBSE are requested to disseminate the information amongst all teachers and students of their respective schools and encourage them for participation in the programme and take the benefit through it.
