CBSE is organising a One Day Teachers Training Programme for Skill Course Life Cycle of Medicine & Vaccine.

About the Training

The evolving educational landscape, as highlighted by the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, underscores the importance of empowering teachers with high-quality content and modern pedagogical strategies. In line with this vision, the Board is organizing a One Day Teachers Training Programme to enhance the teaching of skill-based courses for students in Classes VI-VIII, particularly in the field of Medicine and Health.

This initiative aims to equip teachers with the knowledge and tools necessary to introduce vital health-related subjects effectively in their classrooms. The subjects covered during the training are:

  • Life Cycle of Medicine & Vaccine (Subject Code – 914)
  • Things You Should Know About Keeping Medicines at Home (Subject Code – 915)
  • What to Do When the Doctor Is Not Around (Subject Code – 916)
