In todayβs digital age, where information is already available at our fingertips, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of libraries and encourage a love for reading. By promoting libraries and fostering a passion for reading, we unlock a world of knowledge, imagination and create thriving library communities.
In order to explore strategies and best practices for promoting the use of libraries and nurturing reading habits among individuals of all ages, the Board is organizing a webinar on the topic βPromoting the use of Libraries and Cultivating Reading Habitsβ for the benefit of the teachers, students and other stakeholders of CBSE affiliated schools.
The session will provide insights into effective strategies for setting up and managing a school library, creating an engaging reading environment, and promoting a passion for reading among students. This, in turn, will enhance the reading culture and make libraries more accessible and visiting.
