About the Contest
Sketch for Survival is a global art initiative in aid of conservation. It is an international art competition that helps to raise vital awareness about species extinction and biodiversity loss while also raising funds for projects around the world.
Just 100 finalists are selected from all competition entries received and βwinβ a place on the prestigious Sketch for Survival fundraising exhibition tour.
Entries come from all over the world – China, Ukraine, South Korea, Russia, Iran, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia & NZ, Canada, the US, Brazil, Iceland, Dubai, Qatar, Turkey, Tanzania, South Africa and most countries in Europe.
Eligibility Criteria
- The competition is open to professional, amateur, hobby, and student artists. It is free to enter.
- Anyone aged 17 and over can enter.
Benefits
- The 100 finalists in Exhibition Collection are eligible for annual awards which include the Leisure Painterβs Peopleβs Choice Award, an award voted by the public; The Artist Award, chosen by the editorial team of The Artist magazine and the Sketch For Survival 100 Artist of the Year award, selected by the panel.
- All participants will receive a digital Certificate of Participation.
