Event Details
The Nyaya Shastra team is excited to announce its 1st Reel Making Competition where creativity, innovation, and storytelling takes the center stage. We invite thought- provoking reels that delve into contemporary legal issues and challenges.
Theme
The participants can make Reels on one or more of the following themes.
- Woman Empowerment
- Domestic Violence
- Consumer Protection
- POCSO
- Environment Protection
Eligibility
This competition is open to all. Students of all age groups & disciplines can participate.
Submission Guidelines
- The videos should be of high quality and submissions shall be made in. mp4 or .mov format. Minimum resolution 720p.
- Reels must be in English, Hindi or any Regional Language with subtitles in English.
- Number of Participants – Minimum 2 Maximum 4.
- Video should have clear audio and high quality visuals.
- The length of video must be from 30 to 60 seconds.
- All kinds of creativity in recording reels and editing videos will be appreciated.
- Use proper lightings and backgrounds.
- The reel must be an original creation, can only be inspired by existing trends online but plagiarized content will lead to disqualification.
- Any offensive or sexually explicit remark, derogatory, defamatory remarks, and/or regional slang towards any person, religion or community should not be used. Neither it should promote hate, violence, nudity, graphic content or discrimination; else it would lead to disqualification..
- The reel should not infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights.
How to Submit?
- Interested candidates can submit entries via the link given at the end of the post.
- One team can submit a maximum of 5 reels (1 on each Theme category) by paying a Registration fee of Rs. 50/- each reel.
- Fee is to be paid by scanning the QR code provided at the bottom of this brochure.
- Entries to be submitted by uploading reel in google drive and sharing the link through google link.
- Upload the payment screenshot along with your reel in proper format.
Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation will be based on various criterias including but not limited to
- Content
- Quality
- Familiarity with the Theme
- Overall Impact
- Creativity
Apart from this, the participants must upload the reels on their social media accounts and tag us as maximum reach will add extra marks.
Awards
- 1st Prize – INR. 500 + Certif cate of appreciation in each of the 5 Theme categories.
- Runner’s up Prize INR. 250 + Certificate of appreciation in each of the 5 Themes categories.
- Participation certificates to all the participants.
- Top 5 reels relating to each Theme category will be posted on our social media handles.
