About the Competition
A picture says a thousand words, and this Wildlife Week, we at Pilikula Biological Park invite you to join us in celebrating the amazing wildlife around us. From 2nd – 8th October, Wildlife Week is celebrated to raise awareness about wildlife and their conservation. Showcase your skills and capture the beauty of wildlife to help spread the message of conservation. To mark this occasion, Pilikula Biological Park, Mangalore, is organizing an Online Photography Competition

Rules
- Open to participants of all ages.
- Submissions must be the original work of the participant.
- Extensive manipulations like adding or removing elements are not permitted.
- Photos should be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
- Multiple exposure shots will not to be accepted. This means the same frame cannot be exposed more than once.
- Photographs of bird’s nest and hatchlings are not entertained.
- Photographs which have previously won awards in similar competition will not be considered.
- Violators will be removed from the contest.
- RAW image of the photograph will be verified for genuineness. The RAW image should contain the name of the author embedded in the file itself.
- Photographs with any kind of names and watermarks are not valid.
- By entering and submitting the picture in the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by the Pilikula Biological Park.
- The winners will be contacted via the email address provided during the entry.
Things to Do
- Specify the Date and Location where the picture was clicked.
- Include a Short Caption describing the photo.
- Participant name should be included.
- Participants should upload their passport-sized photos and Instagram handle for the contest, which will be used to showcase the winning photographs on our Instagram page.
- Accepted photos will be displayed in Pilikula Biological Park during Wildlife Week, with all rights reserved for display purposes.
Prizes
E-certificates will be provided to Top 3 Winners. Participation certificates will also be given.
