Selected Intern’s Key Responsibilities
- Research DEI practices, policies, and frameworks in various industries.
- Create engaging and informative social media content (posts, articles, infographics) on DEI topics.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Internship Format
This is a remote internship opportunity.
Working Hours
A minimum of 5 hours of commitment is expected daily, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Duration of internship
The internship duration is 90 days (3 months), with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English, as all work products must be prepared in English.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
