About the Contest
The Trash into Treasure contest is an exciting opportunity for you to create awe-inspiring installations using waste or sustainable materials. Showcase your creativity, ingenuity, and commitment to sustainability while making a powerful statement about responsible living and environmental care.
Eligibility
- Teams must consist of undergraduate or postgraduate students.
- Teams must include students from Grades 11β12.
Theme
- Create an installation from waste or sustainable materials.
- Reflect themes of sustainability, innovation, or environmental awareness.
Team Composition
- Each team may consist of 3β5 members.
- Teams must have a faculty mentor for guidance.
Submission Requirement
- Submit clear photographs or videos of the installation (MP4 format, max 3 minutes).
- Include a description (max 300 words) explaining the concept, materials used, and the message behind the installation.

Judging Criteria
- Innovation and Creativity (30%):Β Unique ideas and execution.
- Relevance to Theme (30%):Β How well the installation promotes sustainability.
- Use of Materials (20%):Β Effective use of waste or sustainable materials.
- Social Media Engagement (20%):Β Likes, shares, and comments on the post.
