About the Exam
The National Entrance Test for SHRESHTA (NETS) will be an offline test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for selecting students for admission in Classes 9 and 11.

Scheme for Residential Education for Students in High Classes in Targeted Areas (SHRESHTA) provides for high-quality education for meritorious SC students in reputed residential schools.
General Details
- Date of Exam: June 18, 2023.
- Language of Paper: English & Hindi.
- The entrance examination will be conducted in all States/UTs.
Eligibility
- Students belonging to Scheduled Castes, studying in class 8th and 10th in the current academic year (2022-23).
- The parent’s annual income is up to Rs. 2.5 lacs.
