Online registration for admission to Class 9 at Delhi Model Virtual School (DMVS) for the academic year 2023-24 has started.
About Delhi Model Virtual School
DMVS is a full-time school that is in virtual mode. It is not an open school or part-time school but a regular Delhi government school.
DMVS is a “School of Specialized Excellence”, which the Delhi government has established to redefine education. It is affiliated with the Delhi Board of School Education (DBSE) and its certification is valid at par with CBSE or any other recognized board in India.
Students attend live classes, participate in co-curricular activities, and submit assignments and assessments. The school provides classes of 6 core subjects for Class 9: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Computer Science along with career-oriented skill courses. DMVS also provides additional support to prepare for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CUET, and other entrance exams.
Eligibility Criteria
For admission to class 9, students must be between 13 to 18 years at the time of enrollment. The student should have passed Class 8 from a recognized school. Final admission of students is contingent on the provision of the mark sheet and school leaving certificate/transfer certificate for the same at the time of verification, once a student has qualified for the admission test.

Documents Required for DMVS Admissions
Applicants have to keep ready the following documents before filling out the DMVS Class 9 Admission Form 2023:
- Passport-size photo (white or black background).
- Photo ID proof.
- Class 8 Marksheet or download undertaking from a website and upload a signed copy.
- Address proof.
- SLC/TC (if dropouts) or download the undertaking and upload a signed copy.
- Disability certificate (if applicable).
- Category certificate (if applicable).
