Central Sanskrit University, Established by an act of Parliament, it is a Premier University for promoting Sanskrit studies in India and abroad. It is the biggest Sanskrit University in the world today. Also, it is the only Multi-Campus Sanskrit University in India.
Course Details
Online applications are invited for the Certificate Course in Sanskrit Language and the Diploma in Sanskrit Language through offline mode at various prestigious institutions across India, under the Centre for Sanskrit Learning supported by the Central Sanskrit University, for the academic year 2024-25.
There will be two courses in these centres. First is called “Certificate Course in Sanskrit Language” and Second is “Diploma in Sanskrit Language.”

Eligibility
Anyone, above the age of fifteen, who is curious to learn Sanskrit is eligible to take admission in “Certificate Course in Sanskrit Language”. The admission is open for all the students, teachers, employees and officers of the concerned institution and also family members and general public.
Only those who have passed the First Course i.e. “Certificate Course in Sanskrit Language” conducted by Central Sanskrit University will be eligible to take admission in the Second Course “Diploma in Sanskrit Language”.
