Competition Details
The Information Technology Department under the UT of Jammu and Kashmir is delighted to announce a “Poetry on Cleanliness” contest for the residents of Jammu and Kashmir, an online event dedicated to inspiring and promoting cleanliness through the power of music. This unique contest invites participants to create catchy and impactful poems that highlight the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. Whether you are a budding musician , a creative lyricist, or simply passionate about cleanliness, this is your chance to contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment through your musical talents.
Submission Guidelines
- Participants are requested to fill complete details i.e name, mobile, email ID etc.
- All youth and college students of Universities in J&K above age of 13 years are eligible to participate.
- Lyrics of the Poetry must be original compositions focused on themes of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Participants should submit 3 entries in PDF or JPEG format.
- Each submission must include a brief description along with contact details.
- The best three entries will be selected and the candidates will be felicitated.
- The length of the words should roughly be ranging between 60 to100 words.
- The entries will be evaluated based on their novelty of contribution, originality of thought, and ability to stimulate interest.
- The competition is open only to the residents of J&K.
- The entry must be original, not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party.
- The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
Rewards
Top 3 winners will be awarded with e-certificates.
