Registrations are invited for BIBLIA 2024 – A Global Bible Quiz Competition by Hindustan Group of Institutions. The last date of registration is November 25, 2024.

Hindustan Group of Institutions (HGI), founded by (Late) Dr. K.C.G. Verghese has been acclaimed and acknowledged for being a pioneer in technical education in India. Competition Details

As HGI hosts the BIBLIA 2024 Quiz, it welcomes the global community to further their knowledge in the Holy Bible.

Teams

  • Participatory team would be representing the institution.
  • A team would consist of two members.
  • Multiple teams can participate from each institution.
  • A valid id proof mandatory for all members of teams during registration.
  • No changes can be made to teams after the registration.
  • The team stands disqualified if any change is made to the teams post registration.

Categories

  • The Quiz will have three categories.
  • Schools: Under this category only school students can participate.
  • Colleges and Universities: In this category both students and the staff of any educational Institutions, including schools can participate.
  • Open: In this category anyone from Churches/ Organizations/Corporates/ etc can participate. There is no age barrier in this category.

Contest

Preliminary Round

  • For the preliminary round the teams will receive a link on their registered e-mail id.
  • The preliminary screening will be conducted on 28th, 29th & 30th November 2024 through online.
  • The registered teams would participate on any of the above-mentioned dates to qualify screening. The questions will be in the form of multiple choices.
  • The results of the preliminary screening for the qualifying teams will be intimated via registered email id.

Final Round

  • The finals will be conducted on the 5th and 6th December 2024.
  • It will be conducted at the Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Campus, Padur.
  • The teams representing institutions out side Chennai can opt for online mode.
  • The decision of the quiz master will be final and not be subjected to change.

Prize

Winners to receive exciting prizes worth Rs. 50,000 and the privilege to receive awards on HGI’s Grand Christmas Eve.
