About the Contest

The National Health Authority under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is organizing a slogan writing contest on the occasion of 3rd anniversary of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

Objectives

The objectives of the slogan writing competition are to:

  • Create awareness among the citizens about the mission and benefits of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
  • Promote an understanding of the relevance of the Mission 

Gratification

The winning entries will be awarded:
1st Prize – β‚Ή10,000/-
2nd Prize – β‚Ή7,500/-
3rd Prize – β‚Ή5,000/-

The Next Top 10 participants will receive consolation prizes in the form of participation certificates from NHA.

Technical Parameters

  • The slogan should be original.
  • Each slogan can be of maximum 10 words.
  • No political statements should be made.
  • It should be simple in language and can be in both English and Hindi.
  • The slogan should be grammatically correct and crisp.
  • The slogan should bring the thrust areas of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
  • Only one slogan may be prepared per candidate. 

Selection Process

  • The Slogan entry must be submitted in a β€œSLOGAN-Your Name.docx/.doc/.Pdf” Format with your contact details.
  • Any deviation from the said specification shall be disqualified.
  • All the entries shall be evaluated and short-listed based on the best concept, correct format, and creative imagination used, by a selection committee.

Terms and Conditions

  • This competition is open to all the citizens of India.
  • The slogan must be original and not previously published or submitted in any other competition.
  • Submissions should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
  • Only one slogan may be submitted by one candidate.
  • The slogan should be simple in language and can be in both English and Hindi.
  • The slogan should be grammatically correct and in short sentences with a word limit of 10 words.
  • By submitting a slogan, participants grant the organizers the right to use, publish, and display their slogans in any promotional materials.
  • The participant is to make sure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since the NHA would be using this for further communication. This includes name, contact number and email id. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
  • All the entries shall be examined and short-listed based on the best concept, correct format, and creative imagination used, by the selection committee.
  • The participant must provide accurate contact information to be notified if they win.
  • The participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the competition from time to time.
  • The NHA reserves the right to use the submitted material in external communications and knowledge products, with or without giving credit to the slogan writer.
  • Registration shall be void if the information received by the organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the contest at any time, including the terms and conditions.
  • All disputes or legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.
  • Participants need to have a regular check of the website for all the updates.
  • NHA’s decision on the contest shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the same.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or discontinue the contest at any time due to unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions.
  • Participants must comply with all rules and regulations of the competition, which may be updated from time to time.
  • Employees directly or indirectly connected with organizing the contest, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • By entering the competition, participants accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions, as mentioned above.
