About the Art for Change Prize
The Art for Change Prize is an international art competition open to artists of all backgrounds and experience levels. It provides a unique platform for artists to showcase their work, connect with a global audience, and receive recognition for their contributions to society through art.
Eligibility
- The prize is available to emerging artists based in the following M&C Saatchi key global regions: Americas, Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Europe, Middle East & Africa and UK.
- To apply, artists must be aged 18 or over and within the first five years of their hope of having a successful artistic career.
- Accepted media includes painting, drawing, illustration, photography, collage, 2D mixed-media, video or film.
- Submitted works must creatively respond to the theme ‘Tomorrow’ing: Visions of a better future’ and have been executed since 1 January 2021.

Awards and Recognition

- Cash Prizes: A total prize money of Rs. 18L/ £20,000 will be split between six regional winners, five to receive Rs. 1.8L/ £2,000 each and one overall winner to receive Rs. 9L/ £10,000.
