This article is about the extension of the SARAS timeline for submission of applications by existing schools. Read here in detail!

Notice

The Board had issued Circular No. 17/2023 dated 28.04.2023 regarding the submission of applications under various categories of affiliation for the session 2024- 25 in the SARAS 4.0 portal up to June 30, 2023. The timeline for submission of application was extended to all the existing schools vide Circular No. 19/2023 dated 23.06.2023 up to July 31, 2023. Further, in view of issues faced by the schools in the submission of applications the timeline for (1) Extension of Affiliation, (2) Section Increase & (3) Permission to increase/decrease/correct of the land area of the school was extended by one month up to August 31, 2023 vide Circular No. 22/ 2023 dated 28.07.2023.

In this connection, the Board after due consideration has decided to extend the timeline for submission of the online applications for the session 2024-25 in SARAS 4.0 and update the OASIS portal up to September 15, 2023. It may be noted that only in respect of the following categories of application, the date is extended:

  1. Extension of Affiliation.
  2. Section Increase.
  3. Permission to increase/decrease/correction of land area of the school.

This issue is with the approval of the Competent Authority.
