About the Notification
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has invited all affiliated schools to contribute articles and cover designs for the upcoming CENBOSEC e-magazine (July–December 2025 edition). This biannual publication serves as a creative and intellectual platform for educators to share innovative pedagogical ideas and stay informed about CBSE’s latest initiatives.

About CENBOSEC
CENBOSEC, CBSE’s flagship e-magazine, bridges educators across India through a shared vision of learning and innovation. It celebrates transformative teaching, inclusive practices, and the creative spirit of the Indian classroom.
Educators and students are encouraged to take part and showcase how their institutions are building the foundation of an Atmanirbhar Bharat through innovation, collaboration, and leadership in education.
Theme
Aligned with the transformative vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023, this edition highlights how schools across India are nurturing Atmanirbharta, the spirit of self-reliance among students.
The magazine aims to feature stories and practices that showcase how schools are fostering innovation, problem-solving, and community leadership. By documenting entrepreneurial initiatives, reviving indigenous wisdom, promoting inclusive education, and celebrating teacher-led innovations, CBSE seeks to capture how educational institutions are becoming true pillars of a self-reliant nation.
Sub-Themes for Article Submission
- The Entrepreneurial Classroom: Mini start-ups by students.
- Local Wisdom, Global Vision: Reviving indigenous knowledge.
- Self-Reliance Through Inclusive Education.
- The Self-Reliant Teacher: Innovators in the staff room.
Educators may share case studies, classroom innovations, collaborative projects, or real experiences that align with these sub-themes.
Who Can Participate?
- Educators (Principals and Teachers): Submit original articles in English or Hindi.
- Students: Submit cover design entries on the given theme.
Gratification
The best 20 articles will be published in the magazine, and the selected cover design will be featured on the front page of the edition.
Submission Guidelines
- Articles must be written in English or Hindi, not exceeding 1000 words (2–3 pages).
- Submissions should be in MS Word format only (PDFs will not be accepted).
- Include author details: name, designation, school name, and affiliation number.
- Each article should include 4–5 relevant images (300-pixel quality).
- Hindi submissions must use the Mangal font (size 11), and English submissions Arial (size 11) with 1.5 line spacing.
- Articles should be original, plagiarism-free, and properly edited before submission.
- Cover designs should be portrait-oriented, hand-made, and free from AI-generated content or plagiarism.
