Contest Details
Nehru Science Centre in collaboration with Action Council against Tobacco – India are commemorating No Tobacco Day on 31.05.2023. The Centre is organizing Short Film Competition conceptualized by Tata Memorial Hospital to spread awareness about this day.
The winners will be announced on 20th June 2023 on the Facebook page of Nehru Science Centre. The winners & all the participants will get the certificate.
Eligibility
Std. 7th to 12th.
Theme
We need food, Not Tobacco.
Mode
Online.
Guidelines
- The participant who has enrolled in this competition based on above-mentioned subtheme should prepare the video / short film originally.
- The short film/Video entry should have clear Voice Over/dialogue/music/song etc., preferably in Hindi/English/Marathi.
- It should not be more than 3 minutes and should have clear background.
- Please ensure the films are shot in HD format and are in the ratio 16:9 in Horizontal format. Films shot using vertical formats like the ones shot on mobile phones will not be accepted.
- No promotional (direct/indirect) material on tobacco is allowed and it will be disqualified.
- No previously, published videos/ short film or copying allowed.
Evaluation Criteria
- Uniqueness to demonstrate the theme mentioned above.
- Clarity of images, as well as creativity and originality.
- Ability to communicate an impactful message to the community.
- Appropriate use of any message/voice over/song.
