About the Reserve

Pench Tiger Reserve or Pench National Park is one of the premier tiger reserves of India and the first one to straddle across two states – Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Competition Details

The existing Eco tourism gate will be renovated to promote eco-tourism or nature tourism by the Pench Tiger Reserve Department for the protection and conservation of the tiger reserve area for the development of the locals and to promote nature values and awareness among the tourists. An attractive drawing of the said tourist entrance is invited from public.

For this, “Pench Tourism Gate Drawing competition” is being organized by Pench Tiger Reserve Department. No Entry Fee. Only soft copy submission. Winners and selected drawings will be displayed on the official website of Pench Tiger Reserve, Nagpur (Maharashtra).

Subject

  • Wildlife in Pench Tiger Reserve.
  • Pench Nature Landscape.
  • Culture of local tribe.
  • All of the above.

Rules

  • Drawing Size: 30” x 20” JPG (Maximum 5 Entries per participant only.)
  • Photos should not be immersed in the drawing.
  • Proposed Tourism Gate width is 6 meter and height is 6 meter.
  • Participant name, corresponding address, Email-ID and contact details should be given in the email.
  • Only drawing created by the participant should be send, no plagiarism will be allowed. The participant should preserve original drawing RAW or original JPG file / CDR File.

Prizes

Three Prizes will be given for best 3 images in all.

  • 1st Prize: Rs 25,000/-
  • 2nd Prize: Rs. 21,000/-
  • 3rd Prize: Rs. 15,000/-
  • 2 Special Mentions.

All Prizes along with certificate will be sponsored by the office of Pench Tiger Reserve, Nagpur (Maharashtra).
