About MyGov

MyGov is a citizen engagement platform launched by the Government of India on 26 July 2014 to promote the active participation of Indian citizens in their country’s governance and development. It is aimed at creating a common platform for Indian citizens to “crowdsource governance ideas from citizens”.

MyGov has also launched State instances in 23 States, namely Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Uttarakhand, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, karnataka, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu, Mizoram, Rajasthan, Ladakh and Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

MyGov has had significant success in terms of engaging with citizens. Logos and Tagline of key National Projects have been crowdsourced through MyGov. Few Notable crowdsourced initiatives are Logo for Swachh Bharat, Logo for National Education Policy, Logo for Digital India Campaign, etc.

The organisation/body has time and again solicited inputs of draft policies from citizens few of those are National Education Policy, Data Centre Policy, Data Protection Policy, National Ports Policy, IIM Bill etc. MyGov have also been frequently soliciting ideas for Mann Ki Baat, Annual Budget, Pariksha Pe Charcha and many more such initiatives.

About the Quiz on Indian Constitution

Constitution Day, known as Samvidhan Diwas, is observed annually on 26 November, marking the day the Constitution of India was adopted. This celebration serves to not only commemorate the adoption of the Constitution but also to emphasize and reaffirm the ideals and principles it upholds.

Additionally, it pays homage to the contributions of the founding fathers who played a crucial role in shaping the nation.The primary objective of organizing a quiz on this occasion is to acquaint the youth and citizens of India with essential information about the Constitution—its formation, nature, and its evolution over time.

The quiz aims to provide insights into the achievements and vision of the Government of India while fostering awareness about the significance of the constitution. This informative and engaging quiz is available in both English and Hindi, ensuring accessibility for a wider audience

Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered.
The organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding.
You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz.
There will be no negative marking.
The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button.
Organisers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
