About the Competition
An e-poster making competition will be organized at the UT level, with participants tasked with designing digital posters on “Island Hopping to Conservation”.

- 1st Prize: Rs. 3000
- 2nd Prize: Rs. 2000
- 3rd Prize: Rs. 1000 (2 People)
General Conditions
- E-poster can be prepared either in Malayalam or English.
- All poster entries must stick to the theme and may include related creative quotation in English or Malayalam.
- The E-poster will be judged according to the following criteria: technical content of poster, presentation skills, poster formatting, appearance, creativity, presentation and relevance to the theme.
- No posters should include an image or name of government officials or popular personalities.
- The individual can customize the poster using templates, emojis, pre-written quotes, images/photos, graphs, frames and tables.
- Videos cannot be allowed to include in the e-poster.
- The e-poster must be original work of participant and ensure that content in your poster (including photographs and writings) is your own. If you include any copyrighted or trademarked content, you must be able to provide written permission for its use. Entries containing any unauthorized content or any kind of vulgarity could lead to disqualification.
- Layouts should be prepared in Landscape (horizontal orientation).
- Submitted E-Poster should be in pdf format or JPEG format and minimum recommended size (format W x H) is 2000 x 1125 pixel and maximum is 4000 x 2250pixel.
- Minimum font size required for e-poster is 10pt.
- Maximum file size e-poster is 8 Megabytes (8MB).
- The contestants do not have any claim over in his/her visual once submitted for this department.
- There must be no logo, watermark or copyright marks on the e-poster.
- All the entries to this e-poster competition will be the sole property of the department and department has all the right to use it any of the department purpose.
- Only one entry is allowed.
- Any kind of vulgarity could lead to disqualification
- The posters should be submitted on or before 21.10.2024, 3.00 PM to lak-forest@utl.gov.in
