Managing behaviour in a classroom is an essential part of classroom management. Educators will be able to understand the different dimensions of behaviour and how to decode students’ behaviour in this course. The course also introduces different strategies of adopting the whole-school approach, managing online classrooms and inclusion of special needs students in a regular classroom.

Dr. Archana Sharma.
Archana is a practicing psychologist (specialized in counselling) and a trainer. She is a Governing body member of the Society for Welfare of Children, Kolkata. She has completed her M.Sc. from West Bengal State University and a Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Calcutta. Her research interests include the impact of social media on mental well-being among adolescents and young adults.
