Competition Details
The Art of Building photography competition is an international showcase for the very best digital photography of the built environment. It is open to both professional and amateur photographers.
If you have a good eye for photography and are passionate about the built environment, then why not take part in this yearβs Art of Building competition? It is free to enter and your photograph could inspire thousands of people worldwide. The winners will receive a Β£1500 cash prize and gain exposure as a photographer. Previous winners have been featured on the BBC website, throughout UK national press and in international titles across the globe.
This is a competition that celebrates buildings and the relationship people have with the built environment. If your photograph is selected as a finalist or is highly commended, it will be featured in public installations as the competition transforms construction hoarding spaces into art galleries.

Eligibility
The minimum age for entry is 18 years old.
Submission Guidelines
- All submissions must be made in JPEG file format and no smaller than 1080 pixels by 1080 pixels. The file should be a no bigger than 5mb. Submissions that do not comply will be rejected.
- You may digitally enhance or alter your photo in anyway you like.
- Entries will not be accepted outside of the advertised closing date or if they are embedded with borders or locks. Only digital photography is accepted.
- Entry is limited to no more than three photographs per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
