Online Courses for Classes 11 & 12 by NCERT

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has decided to offer 28 online courses for students of Classes 11 and 12 subjects on the SWAYAM MOOCs portal. The last date to register for the online courses through the SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) portal is August 31, 2023.

The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, has launched a platform for offering Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that is popularly known as SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds). NCERT is offering 28 online courses for classes XI and XII across 11 subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, English and Sociology).

Students of classes 11 & 12 can enrol in these courses. Teachers and parents also can participate in these courses to understand the ways of approaching the content and subjects.

These online courses can support and enrich the learning of the students in a virtual mode.

Students can follow the five steps given below to register for NCERT SAWYAM Courses for Classes 11 and 12.

Note: All Principals/Heads of schools affiliated with CBSE are requested to disseminate the information amongst all teachers, students and other stakeholders of their respective schools for enrolling in these courses and taking benefit through it.
