Registrations are invited for Innovative Online Certificate Course on Indian Knowledge System by Rishihood University. The course will begin from October 10, 2023.

The online certificate course aims to provide a holistic understanding of India’s cultural heritage, covering various aspects such as science, technology, art, music, language, literature, logic, philosophy, and more. It also delves into ancient Indian games, traditional skills, and the connection between religion and spirituality, making it a comprehensive exploration of Indian knowledge systems.
The method of delivery involves interactive lectures, slides, and video clips, and theme-based activities and discussions to make the sessions more experiential. This hands-on approach can enhance engagement and understanding among the students.
The course is designed to instil the true sense of Indian-ness and make India’s past relevant to the learners. By connecting ancient knowledge to modern times, it aims to show how the wisdom of the past can still be applicable and meaningful in the present age of science and technology.
The course is structured into 11 Modules, each module having three to five sessions and each session is of 1 hour. The total duration of lectures is of 40 hours. It covers various topics related to the Indian Knowledge System highlighting India’s rich cultural heritage, including its scientific advancements, artistic achievements, language and literature, philosophy, and more. Another 6-7 hours are dedicated towards group discussions, presentations, and assessments. The total number of hours dedicated for this course is 46 hours, i.e., equivalent to 3 credits. The course aims to impart a basic understanding of the fundamentals of Indian knowledge systems.
