Applications are invited for Foundation Course in Screenplay Writing by Film and Television Institute of India. The last date of application is October 21, 2024.

The Film and Television Institute of India is a film institute under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India and aided by the Central Government of India. It is situated on the premises of the erstwhile Prabhat Film Company in Pune.

Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, under its ‘Centre for Open Learning (CFOL)‘ initiative, announces Foundation Course in Screenplay Writing (Offline) in Delhi.

Screenplay Writing course is for all those individuals who have a story to tell the world and has aspirations of becoming an Independent Film maker. This Workshop will equip the participants with crucial storytelling tools, sharpen the art & craft of writing so that their stories gather wings and reach a wider audience.

11-21 November 2024 (10 days).

 10 am to 5 pm.

24 (Course will not be conducted if there are less than 20 participants).

Indian.

The medium of instruction would be English and Hindi. Participants are expected to have adequate knowledge of English and/ or Hindi as regards to reading, writing & speaking.

18 years & above as on 01st November 2024.

HSC (12th pass), in exceptional cases 10th pass will also be considered.
