The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) set up the Financial and Tax Literacy Directorate (FTL Directorate) to simplify financial concepts and tax-related matters for the general public, fostering greater financial awareness. The ICAI through its FTL Directorate is going to inaugurate India’s first ever “Vitiyagyan Mela” on 17th August 2024 across all 5 Regional Councils and 176 branches of ICAI. This event aims to empower people from all walks of life by conducting various activities and awareness programs, enabling informed financial decisions, prudent budgeting, and secure investments.
The ICAI, in collaboration with MyGov, is organising this online Quiz for the general public to promote the Vitiyagyan Mela and educate citizens about the basics of finance and taxation.
