Registrations are invited for International Social Studies Olympiad 2024-25 for Students in Classes 3-10 by Science Olympiad Foundation. Students in classes 3-10 are eligible to participate.
Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is an Educational Organization popularizing academic competition and assisting development of competitive spirit among school children.
The International Social Studies Olympiad (SOF ISSO) is an annual academic competition organized by SOF for students in classes 3-10 to assess their knowledge and skills in Social Studies. The curriculum of the SOF Olympiad is designed to provide young students with a platform to identify and nurture their academic talents in the field of Social Studies, preparing them for the competitive world from an early age. Olympiads, as prescribed by NEP, facilitate the development of problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and cognitive skills in students.

SOF International Social Studies Olympiad (ISSO) is a prestigious competition that challenges students to showcase their knowledge and skills in various areas of Social Studies. The exam pattern typically consists of multiple-choice questions, and problem-solving tasks that assess a student’s understanding of Social Studies. The syllabus covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to forest, gender, religion and caste, money and credit, and print culture. Participants are required to demonstrate their aptitude in Social Studies.
Students from classes 3 – 10, enrolled in a school recognized by SOF are eligible for ISSO.
