Embrace the incredible array of products crafted by our very own countrymen, showcasing the boundless talent of our youth. By choosing to invest in local products, we not only contribute to the economic growth of the nation but also uplift the spirits of these dedicated artisans.
This Diwali, let’s come together to support our local vendors and add a touch of brightness to their celebrations. When you purchase from them, you’re not just buying a product; you’re investing in their dreams, aspirations, and livelihoods.
As a part of the MyGov initiative, they urge you to capture the essence of Vocal for Local. Take a selfie with the street vendors or the local products you’ve purchased and share it with them. When you take a selfie, you’re not just taking a picture – you’re supporting local heroes and their businesses.
Regardless of age, gender, disability, or non-disability, everyone is encouraged to participate.
As a gesture of appreciation, PM Modi will share some of these pictures on his social media. MyGov will also create a Wall of Fame featuring the selected selfies.
