Participants are invited to the Quiz Competition on Anemia and First 1000 Days by Ministry of Women and Child Development, India. The last date of participation is September 30, 2024.

The quiz will focus on Anemia, its causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment, particularly in the context of POSHAN Abhiyaan which caters to children 0-6 years, Pregnant Women & Lactating Mothers, and Adolescent Girls 14-18 years. It may also emphasise on the first 1000 days of life that starts from conception and lasts upto 2 years of age of a child. Participants should be prepared to answer questions related to nutrition, iron deficiency, role of diet, pre and post natal check-ups, diet during pregnancy, role of sanitation, early & exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding, etc.
