The Comptroller and Auditor General of India is the supreme audit institution of India, established under Article 148 of the Constitution of India. They are empowered to audit all receipts and expenditure of the Government of India and the State Governments, including those of autonomous bodies and corporations substantially financed by the government.
Audit Diwas, celebrated annually on November 16, commemorates the appointment of the first Auditor General of India in 1860. It highlights the critical role of the CAG in ensuring transparency, accountability, and good governance.
As part of the Audit Diwas celebrations, the IA&AD Offices in Kerala under the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) proudly present QRIOUS 2024, an All-Kerala Inter-Collegiate Quiz Competition. This prestigious event will take place on 14th November 2024 at Rajagiri Business School, Kakkanad, Kochi, starting at 10:00 AM.
The quiz will be hosted by Q Factory Knowledge Services, Kerala’s leading professional quizzing entity with over 25 years of experience and 2,000+ successful quizzes. Known for their unique “infotainment” style, the event promises to be both educational and entertaining.
