The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) is an agency of the Government of India, under the Ministry of Power, created in March 2002 under the provisions of the nation’s 2001 Energy Conservation Act.
The National Energy Conservation Day is being celebrated every year on December 14 since 1991. The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), under the aegis of Ministry of Power spearheads the celebrations every year. The objective to celebrate the National Energy Conservation Day is to drive mass awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.
Bureau of Energy Efficiency in collaboration with MyGov is calling on public at large to express creativity and passion for a sustainable future in our “Energy Conservation – A way of life” Poem Writing Competition. Join us in weaving verses that celebrate the message of energy conservation and inspire change. Your words can make a difference!
