Registrations are invited for National Youth Parliament Scheme 2024 by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, India. The last date of registration is September 30, 2024.
Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of India is organizing Youth Parliament Competitions in order to strengthen the roots of democracy, inculcate healthy habits of discipline, develop tolerance of divergent views and familiarize the student community with the procedures and functioning of Parliament.
To promote the Youth Parliament programme of the Ministry, a dedicated web-portal has been developed by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. This portal contains various e-training resources in the form of tutorials, literature, training videos, etc. for e-training and self-learning of the participants. The portal will be used for implementing and monitoring of the Youth Parliament programme of the Ministry.
Registration for the 4th edition of the National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS) is now open. All the schools and colleges may register on the portal and organize Youth Parliament Sittings. Features of the web portal are as under:
